What does the Permanent Recruitment Service entail?
The service is a combined approach of a job advert package that leads into our established permanent recruitment actions.
Our method consists of simultaneously running a targeted and personalised ad campaign alongside more traditional methods of identifying and contacting potential candidates and collating CVs.
Once CVs are collected, we will share these with you so you can assess them as viable candidates.
If you wish to proceed with assessing any of the candidates from the CVs, you can choose to book them in for some locum shifts to assess them in a realistic setting and environment (we highly recommend this as having numerous successful permanent jobs borne out of locum bookings is why we chose to offer a permanent service).
Alternatively we can arrange a time for you to meet with any candidates of your choosing and evaluate them for the role, in the manner of your choosing.
If you opt to recruit any of the candidates we introduce to you, then our permanent recruitment fee becomes payable within 1 month of the candidate commencing their position.
What is the Job Advert Package?
Our Job Advert Package consists of 31 days of targeted advertisement for your permanent job vacancy in the following ways:
Advert displayed on our dedicated permanent roles page on our main website.
Dedicated social media campaign on our Facebook, X and Linkedin channels.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to our large database of pharmacy staff.
The best part is that we have the attention of your ideal target audience; experienced and qualified pharmacy staff.
What are the benefits of the Permanent Recruitment Service?
A cost-effective job advert campaign on display to your ideal audience.
All candidates will have completed a preliminary vetting process of completing a video call to verify photograph ID and providing a minimum of one professional reference.
Access to CVs to review a candidates prior experience & skills.
A competitive recruitment fee if we do source you a candidate you opt to employ.
The cost of your job advert package deducted from your recruitment fee invoice.
What are the costs involved with the Permanent Recruitment Service?
Job Advert Package
The Job Advert Package is available to you at our introductory offer of £50+ VAT. This provides you with 31 days of our targeted ad campaigns and outreach to source potential candidates for a single role.
If you could like to extend the package past 31 days, or advertise for more than one role, you can purchase additional package for £50+VAT.
Locum Fees
If you opt to book candidates in for any locum shifts as part of their evaluation process then our usual booking fee as well as the locum's fee, as agreed at the time of booking, will be payable.
Permanent Recruitment Fee
If you opt to recruit any of the candidates we introduce to you, then our permanent recruitment fee becomes payable within 1 month of the candidate commencing their position.
Our fee is 10% of the candidates annual salary +VAT.
Upon successful recruitment of a candidate we will also deduct the cost of the Job Advert Package from your recruitment fee invoice.
How do I opt into the Permanent Recruitment Service?

The form is your contract and also your opportunity to provide us with the details of the role you wish to recruit for.
Once we receive a completed contract form, we can begin the process for you.
